What you can expect:
  • Engage with all relevant stakeholders at HUGO BOSS to develop close relationships and a detailed understanding of the Company's end-to-end ESG reporting requirements
  • Further development of the ESG reporting strategy at HUGO BOSS based on best practices and new regulatory requirements in coordination with many different corporate functions
  • Strong support in the development, planning and execution of ESG reporting projects and processes; successful implementation of new ESG reporting requirements in the context of the HUGO BOSS Annual Report (e.g. EU Taxonomy, CSRD)
  • Responsibility for the non-financial statement as part of the HUGO BOSS Annual Report, including project management, content creation, and alignment with the Group auditor
  • Support of further key Investor Relations projects (e.g. Capital Markets Day, Annual Shareholders' Meeting)


Your profile:
  • Successfully completed business studies (bachelor's/master's degree), ideally with a focus on business administration, finance, economics, sustainability, environmental sciences, communications, or similar
  • Sound knowledge of ESG reporting requirements through first professional experience in ESG reporting or ESG auditing
  • Experience in project management and in the preparation of financial or non-financial reports, including editorial skills
  • Interest in the capital market and willingness to further drive sustainability in capital market communication
  • Strong team mentality with the ability to build good working relationships with many different internal and external counterparties
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to drive several projects at once
  • Convincing communication skills (written and oral) in both German and English
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
