Receptionist

FIGS is looking for a Receptionist to provide visitors to our corporate headquarters with a 100% Awesome experience!

What you'll do:

• Welcome guests, vendors, and employees to FIGS' office with enthusiasm.
• Assist guests with arrival check in and documentation, office orientation, and departure needs, such as parking validations.
• Follow and enforce all current COVID-19 guidelines for each visitor, guest, vendor, or employee.
• Proactively address guest needs and answer questions to provide an exceptional experience.
• Manage incoming and outgoing courier and other packages or mail as required.
• Multi-task at a fast pace while having an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency and while maintaining a consistent and elevated guest experience.
• Work with janitorial to ensure office lobby and waiting area is always tidy.
• Work with Workplace Coordinator to ensure reception amenities are always stocked.
• Perform ad hoc facilities assignments as needed.
• Research and provide feedback on trends in guest services to develop best practices and streamlined processes that respond to guests' needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years in a customer service role.
• Working hours are in-office Monday to Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm
• Exceptional people skills with a genuine interest in getting to know others.
• Highly observant and intuitive with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to manage shifting daily priorities and a high volume of guests.
• Proficiency in Gsuite and Microsoft Office.
