Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily email communication and follow-up with factories
  • Daily RLM updates following production updates
  • Create and maintain Excel development thumbnails and SMS breakdown
  • Create and maintain production RLM functions – finished goods POs, design, style, and Production Manager
  • Manage, monitor, and collect all incoming parcels from factories and raw material suppliers
  • Oversee and coordinate all Press/Marketing requests
  • Attend design meetings and fittings with Creative Director
  • Attend production fittings with team
  • Maintain Master Excel costing template
  • Maintain projection dates chart to submit to merch generated from factory T&A charts
  • Create and manage line lists for merch and sales for Line Edit in RLM Design and Style Manager
  • Assists SMS handoff from Design Studio & Runway Venue to Merch and VM with PD Manager
  • Manage factory WIPs and ensure on time progress to maintain delivery date – includes initial T&A needs from Merch and Factory, raw material receipt and swatch reference approvals, QC inspection dates, start knit, and final delivery
  • Create and maintain RLM Production POs and communicate to factory: size breaks, warehouse allocations, overages and shortages, delivery date, HTS code, and MCC description
  • Create, maintain, and issue Excel BOMs
  • Generate and issue weekly shipping reports
  • Review all bulk garment testing reports and compliance issues
  • Review all TOPs for compliance items
  • Oversee and ensure all bulk garment delivery date by reviewing packing list and confirm receipt in RLM
  • Issue and approve all branding labels, care labels, and UPC codes documents
  • Cross-functional communication with other divisions and categories to ensure aligned data

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Product Development, Design, Production or any related fields
  • 2+ years experience
  • Preferable education and experience in fully fashioned sweater knits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and generic photo editing software with drawing tools
  • Experience working in modular end-to-end business solutions software: ie Blue Cherry, RLM, GCS, Apparel Magic, File Maker
  • Clear and direct writing skills, detail oriented and problem solver
  • Must be organized, willingness to learn, and a team player
  • Ability to work well under pressure and have an eye for quality
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated
  • Strong analytical skills, great with numbers, data analysis proficiency
