POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director of ESG Reporting & Transparency, the Specialist, ESG Reporting & Transparency will support the execution of PVH's strategic approach to public ESG reporting, including project management and CR data management for the annual CR Report, and execution of public ESG ratings, ranking and awards that serve to garner further recognition and continue to build PVH's reputation. In addition, this role will support the PVH Corporate Communications team on strategic communications for the CR team, including coordination of content for key company and industry publications and channels, in support of the Company's global CR program and Forward Fashion strategy. The ideal candidate will be a skilled project manager and communicator, and knowledgeable about the CR and ESG landscape. In addition they will possess an ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously and develop high-quality deliverables within tight timeframes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Manage execution of public facing ESG reporting and participation in ESG ratings, ranking and awards, including project management, data management, and stakeholder coordination and communication
  • Partner closely with the Director to develop ESG reporting executive communications, as needed
  • Support development of the CR report through annual data benchmarking, project management and data management, including stakeholder coordination and communication
  • Support with PVH's public-facing ESG-related disclosures to ensure impact and consistency across various stakeholder groups, channels and touchpoints.
  • Conduct desk research on the developments in key ESG reporting frameworks, to support identification of the highest priority frameworks, ratings and rankings, and enhancement of disclosure approach and strategy accordingly.
  • Coordinate with CR data and systems team on improvements to data collection and reporting capabilities.
  • Work with CR team to compile annual priority opportunities for CR as an input into CR's annual communications strategy (to be led by PVH Corporate Communications)
  • Support in execution of discrete strategic and targeted CR communications deliverables, such external presentations and talking points for CR Leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience

Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a plus.

Skills:
  • Excellent written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management, time management and follow-through
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with adherence to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Ability to think quickly, produce deliverables in a timely manner, respond to changing demands, anticipate future problems, and recommend preventive courses of action
  • Knowledge of CR topics, preferably in the apparel sector
  • Experience working with relevant ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks such as TCFD, SASB, GRI, and others
  • Passionate about corporate responsibility topics
  • Proficient in using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Attitude: positive, team player, proactive, strong work ethic and flexible
