At a stage of hypergrowth LTK, the world's largest creator monetisation platform, is looking for a sales leader to join its effort to scale out the platform to new creators. This person is someone who is aggressive in pursuing the goals laid out and can couple aggressiveness with fine tuned strategy to attract new creators to the LTK platform and offer a world class first impression..

In this role you will have the opportunity to found and scale out a world class sales team, collectively stretching across multiple European regions with a global support network within LTK. The task will be to ensure our sales efforts are impactful and that we are continuously iterating on our approach in accordance with any marketing trends. You will be tasked with building a multi regional/channel sales strategy that brings new creators into the LTK ecosystem from first touchpoint to initial activity.

Backed by one of the worlds most prominent tech funds you will come onboard just on the heels of a 300 million dollar investment by the Softbank Vision fund as the founding member of the newly created EU sales team. What You’ll Do

  • Own and exceed the UK yearly sales goal, as set by the Head of Creator Success, Europe
  • Strive to exceed targets set across publishing channels, industry verticals & agencies 
  • Effectively build, manage and coach a team of sellers to attain and exceed targets
  • Construct sales processes and playbooks to effectively position LTKs unique influencer marketing capabilities within each channel/vertical. Feed into wider international sales team to ensure best practices
  • Build strategic target lists and annual/quarterly sales plan to get to plan  
  • Identify, develop, and onboard high impact creators & agencies   
  • Provide regular analysis and reporting aligned to the growth objectives set for your market while developing sales strategy and executing plans to generate more targets & leads 
  • Excellent ability to forecast and efficiently allocate resources to drive results
  • Build influence within the influencer industry by attending and participating in creator events & networking opportunities within the UK
  • Effectively develop relationships with key stakeholders within UK agencies 
  • Build upon an existing deep knowledge and understanding of the UK creator/influencer landscape to highlight new trends/opportunities within new industry verticals or atomic networks 
  • Work cross functionally to clearly communicate market needs with marketing, product and brand teams
  • Ensure team adoption of CRM products/features whilst maintaining accurate records in CRM(s) 

Requirements

  • 5y+ in a sales role, preferably against HNWI
  • 2y+ leading a sales team
  • Digital or influencer sales experience in one of the following verticals preferred: Fashion, Beauty 
  • Excellent understanding of the social media landscape
  • Excellent verbal, written and phone skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in HubSpot preferred
  • Preference for those experienced in influencers, talent agencies, etc
  • Ability to conduct self in a professional manner
  • German, French, Spanish, Italian language is a plus
