With the combined experience of over 40 years of scientific research, they have launched a first of its kind skincare line to activate the power of the lymphatic system topically powered by their patent-pending Lymphactive™ Complex.





  • Developing strategic brand marketing plan, complete with outlined objectives, strategy and tactics, ensuring growth goals are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including PR, digital & social, to create 360 marketing plans with maximum impact.
  • In conjunction with the CEO, drive the creation of all brand-led presentations (i.e. global marketing overview for investors, seasonal brand presentation to retailers.)
  • Lead on creative campaign ideation and development to create innovative concepts that will cut through with engaging activations and integrated marketing messaging.



  • Collaborate in the creative direction of all new package designs, develop and prepare the creative briefs detailing the vision.
  • Collaborate with in-house and external teams, Product development teams, and out-of-house agencies to create a new project.
  • Coordinate all legal requests for product naming.
  • Act as liaison between the Creative and Regulatory team to ensure that all artwork needs are met for new product development.
  • Work with the commercial team to deliver retailer sell-in presentations on time for each season.



  • Work with the CEO on the ideation and creative direction for new product campaign shoots and build a creative brief with a clear list of assets required.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to support around model selection, photoshoot prep, and post-production.
  • Develop creative 360 marketing for product launches & PR initiatives
  • Generate new marketing collateral, ensuring all international needs are met each season.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to execute, develop and order all items each season and the International Sales teams to collect forecasts and maintain budgets.



  • Facilitate the conception-to-market process and manage to deliver products on time and within budget. Includes presentations for new product concepts/strategy, competitive analysis, forecast rationale and consumer research per the CEO’s needs.
  • Work hand in hand with cross-functional partners to bring new products/activations to market. Ensure key timeline dates are met.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure the target cost of goods is met through the feasibility and launch process.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the current global market environment and industry trends, oversee category and competitive analysis, stay abreast of the latest competitive activities and sales, including trend reports, influencers’ activities, social media and competitive digital programs.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with best-in-class PowerPoint presentation skills for content and design
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative and detail-oriented.
  • Able to think strategically and creatively, conceptualise and implement new ideas
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a resourceful nature to work with a budget and deliver impact
  • Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teams
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for skincare



  • 6+ years of experience in Brand Marketing within the Cosmetics industry, preferably in the premium/ luxury skincare segment
  • Must be familiar with the UK & preferable to the EU markets
  • Appreciated previous titles: Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Marketing Director, Brand Director



This role is remote working in 2022. Thereafter, there may be some days per week working from a London based office.
