What you'll do:
  • Lead the function responsible for development and administration of ERP, OMS, WMS, PLM, SCM and the interoperability of these systems with each other
  • Work with other business units to improve automation and digitization of the core business including supply chain ,fulfillment and product development.
  • Guide system solution and technical approach to solving business problems
  • Offer strategic guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams as to how to integrate and support interoperability of systems
  • Manage the day to day activities that include enterprise application platform support, execute delivery life cycle, enhancements of business workflow processes, data integration to and from the ERP platform, and driving operational efficiencies across the organization
  • Collaborates with business partners on the definition and prioritization of enterprise application solutions roadmaps projects for your respective areas of operation. Develops and executes plans based on business strategies
  • Work with leaders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging our core applications solutions and data to execute our sales, marketing and operations processes, drive advanced business solutions, digital transformation, analytics, and overall asset corporate value
  • Lead strategic technological planning as it relates to applications and cloud-based distributed systems to achieve business goals by prioritizing technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, development, deployment, and management of current and future application technologies with all stakeholders
  • Create roles and responsibilities, SDLC, and auditing to comply with SOX

Qualifications:
  • BA, BS, or Master's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of IT, engineering or technology experience
  • Experience scaling of increasingly complex enterprise applications.
  • 5+ years of experience with ERP, WMS, IMS, OMS and PLM systems, ideally in a D2C eCommerce environment
  • 3+ years of experience with omni channel fulfillment
  • SOX experience a big plus
  • Experience in working with leadership and stakeholders to establish enterprise strategies, roadmap and priorities.
  • Experience in change management to more fully leverage technology and drive innovation
  • Ability to build, manage and develop an impactful team
  • Creates a culture of continuous improvement for processes, systems, data, training, people, etc.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business mindset with an outstanding technical skillset
  • Ability to successfully prioritize many projects and priorities at once
  • Outstanding communicator and ability to partner well cross-functionally
  • Hardworking and passionate collaborator
