Primary Purpose:As the HR Systems Analyst supporting the Global HR Technology & Solutions team (HR T&S), you will be responsible for managing system maintenance and enhancement recommendations across various modules within Tapestry's people ecosystem, PeopleHub (SuccessFactors). This role will include, but not be limited to, identifying issues/trends, reporting and analytics, compliance, and projects. You will be required to support both global and regional HR, IT, and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization. In addition, you will support the implementation of new functionality and help support technical resources utilized by Tapestry People Services.

- Act as an Enterprise Administrator for SuccessFactors suite, specializing in Employee Central.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors suite to design and implement innovative integrations to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain and provide global HR application support for Tapestry's data management and reporting needs.
- Create standard and custom queries, reports, and report story dashboards.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends, connections, links and inconsistencies/errors in complex data sets and processes.
- Resolve and help "cleanse" data across various systems and data sources.
- Partner with business subject matter experts across work streams, providing both technical support and guidance on HR Technology systems and capability
- Drive projects from beginning to end, inclusive of project scoping, configuration, and internal / external resource coordination to meet business requirements.
- Translate technical requirements into consumable information for non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions
- Expert Excel skills (experience creating pivot tables, using v-lookups and filters/sorting, knowledge of formulas and macros).
- Excellent time management, written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently while driving project timelines
- Ability to handle cross-functional projects and initiatives while managing multiple priorities and maintaining a high attention to detail.

An outstanding professional will have...
- 2+ years of experience within a global minded HRIS team, working with SAP SuccessFactors suite (Employee Central preferred, other modules are a plus)
- 2+ years working with Reporting and Analytics (SuccessFactors Reporting / Report Stories, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau)
- 2+ years building and supporting SuccessFactors vendor integrations
- Knowledge of Workforce Software a plus.
