Partner Relations & Private Client Team

The Partner Relations and Private Client Team comprises Partner Success, Account Management, Consignor Relations, and Private Client. We aim to cultivate meaningful relationships with our supply-side partners, power sellers and VIP clients, in turn driving loyalty and advocacy with high-value partners.

THE ROLE

The Private Client Stylist cultivates and develops relationships with our most valuable clients to contribute to Private Client sales goals. You'll develop a unique skillset as you engage and promote customer loyalty through a variety of engagement and selling activities, ensuring a seamless, luxury shopping experience. We're searching for a team member with an established book of clients, client development skills, and a knowledge and love for sneakers and fashion. You have experience working with high profile clients in the fashion industry is necessary, combined with a capability to develop strategies and action plans.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You'll develop the Stadium Goods Private Client base by nurturing existing clients, reactivating lapsed clients, and developing personal relationships with new, high-value prospects, to introduce them to the Stadium Goods Private Client service.
    • You'll own and maintain a book of 100+ top clients, ensuring all offered benefits are achieved, providing them with a luxury experience and unparalleled service.
    • You'll be held responsible for achieving personal sales targets and related KPIs.
    • You'll create personalized communications to your clients, to inform them of new products, brands and other Stadium Goods news that is relevant to their interests.
    • You'll organize and host client engagement activities (e.g. meals, events, styling appointments, shopping experiences) within your assigned geographic region.
    • You'll work with Private Client Management on individual monthly, quarterly and annual sales planning activities, tracking results against expectations on a weekly and monthly basis, and identifying new business opportunities.
    • You'll manage individual client engagement and travel budgets, ensuring an impact is achieved through all sales-related activities within the appropriate spend level.
    • You'll collaborate with your colleagues in the Private Client team, along with other teams like Marketing, Supply, CX, and Retail.
    • You'll attend brand events as needed and act as a Stadium Goods brand ambassador.


WHO YOU ARE

    • You'll have experience in fashion/footwear sales, with experience exceeding sales targets.
    • You'll bring an existing client book, with an elite list of clients (totalling at least $2m).
    • You'll have knowledge of current, international fashion trends, designers and products, and a passion for styling.
    • You'll have a proven ability to engage and build customer relations through clienteling.
    • You can understand and interpret analytics into recommendations.
    • You can problem solve and have a solutions focused attitude
    • You can engage and build customer relations.
    • You have strong computer literacy and an understanding of the digital world.
