The Sourcing Specialist-Talent Acquisition will work closely Recruiters to help establish candidate pipelines and build talent communities. They will work diligently to assist in identifying candidates for hard-to-fill roles and those identified as needing to be filled quickly.
Sourcing Responsibilities
- Identifying talent and establish relationships in a competitive environment through multiple platforms
- Participate in Recruitment Strategy in-take meetings in conjunction with assigned recruiters to better understand hiring manager needs and required vs. preferred qualifications
- Screen candidates via phone and video conference and provide detailed summaries for recruiters and hiring managers
- Maintain flawless data integrity in applicant tracking system (Oracle)
- Establish pipeline of vetted candidates "at the ready" for frequently hired positions
- Maintain a candidate database
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular recruiter in a timely fashion
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ year experience in Sourcing either at a recruitment agency or Corporate Talent Acquisition function with main responsibilities for developing candidate pools for open requisitions using a variety of sources
- Proven success in generating quality candidates for many positions
- Familiarity with various search strategies and methodologies with specific examples of success in a high-volume, very ambiguous environment
- Experience using an applicant tracking system - Oracle strongly preferred
- Able to articulate sourcing strategies to recruiters and senior leadership as well as be able to provide real-time updates on successes and challenges
- Excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up
- A strong applicant will have a strong desire to be a top performer within a productive team and an interest in personal growth and development
- Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Corporate Sourcing
- Bachelor's degree
