Position Overview
Responsible for developing financial plans that deliver corporate objectives. Accountable for development and implementation of strategic vision to maximize profitability both in-season and pre-season; inclusive of Sales, GM, Inventory. Align merchandise assortment strategy with financial goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver financial results by initiating and implementing business strategies using current/ historical trends; store research.
• Plan in-season & pre-season by season and brand for Retail Sales/ GM/ inventory utilizing Enterprise Planning
•Accountable for receipt management, reconciliation, on order and reflow opportunities
• Analyze and forecast sales and inventory at a seasonal/ brand/category level
• Develop and implement promotion and markdown changes to manage seasonal inventory
• Manage relationship with production
• Quantify and ensure assortment supports financial goals for all product
• Responsible for overseeing price change management
• Responsible for ensuring style plans align to topline financials
• Ad hoc reporting

* Proficient in retail math and cost accounting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrates strong listening, written and communication skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Highly organized, detail-oriented and accurate
* Able to develop and maintain effective cross-functional relationships.
* Develop strong relationships throughout the organization
* Strong leadership and team building skills
* Ability to motivate, negotiate and influence effectively across departments & divisions.
* Highly knowledgeable in software usage (Micro-strategy, Island Pacific , Enterprise Planning, GFE) #LI-DB1
