OVERVIEW:

The Manager of Campaign Planning is imaginative and a conceptual thinker with the ability to independently create graphic and 3D design solutions for in-store event campaigns that are engaging to the customer while maintaining our brand image. This individual is organized and collaborative with the skills to manage and co-ordinate the campaign planning process. The ideal candidate must be able to listen and respond to user needs, work effectively with cross-functional teams, and should be able to quickly learn business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. This individual must be able to work under pressure, have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong organizational skills & the ability to partner with multiple teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Creation of comprehensive layouts, graphics, 3D design builds and renderings with brand understanding, inclusive of type,


Color, illustration and fashion in support of Seasonal Campaigns.

  • Co-ordinates the Campaign Planning process, managing overall team process and workload.
  • Executes campaign communication inclusive of building inspiration decks, writing overviews, liaison with Campaign Planning central team.
  • Maintains the creative development and graphic vision of Seasonal Campaigns and Special Projects.
  • Generates multiple comps for each project, conceptualizes and takes project through to execution.
  • Participates in ideation team meetings developing our campaign direction.
  • Attends Campaign Planning meeting and interfaces with creative marketing team.
  • Owns development, sourcing, pricing and administering purchase orders of campaign components.
  • Maintain brand image by reviewing all creative work of Graphic Designers and AVDs.
  • Creates style guidelines to ensure store teams maintain brand image through the correct use and scale of fonts.
  • Partners with stores on special campaign needs and manages art files made available to store teams.
  • Coordinates with internal and external sources to produce seasonal video content.
  • Partners with Director of Campaign Planning and builds inspirational and presentation decks for all campaigns and special projects.
  • Works closely with Integrated Marketing to develop in-store visual moments and graphics aligning with philanthropic initiatives.
  • Oversees & delegates signage requests from stores and central teams.
  • Participates in new store openings, prototypes and best practices of new concepts.
  • Research the newest design, typography, illustration, sign vehicles, fashion, culture and present to team.
  • Quality control of design, printing, creation of files, production.
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree. Graphic Design or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within retail field


Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in fostering a collaborative work environment and building meaningful relationships.
  • Ability to read, write and interpret documents.


Mathematical Skills:

  • Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division .


Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to manage projects and prioritize next steps with diverse peer and senior teams.
  • Problem solving skills with ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.


Physical Demands:

  • This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting, hearing, and talking. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Involves use of hands and fingers for typing on keyboard and using a mouse. May be a need to move or lift items under 20 pounds.


Other Skills:
  • Fluency and experienced in utilizing the following: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Spatial Design Skills and an understanding of 3-dimensional spatial design development and application.
  • Ability to drive projects with cross-functional teams and align multiple priorities with different teams at a fast pace

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
