The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

We are looking for a Junior Specialist Brand Experience (m/f/x) who will be part of the Marketing Team. As a key partner to different stakeholders within the company, you support the conception, organization and implementation of retail store experience events in our People's Place cafes, which are found in various Tommy Hilfiger Stores and activate our local fan communities.

A day in the life of a Junior Specialist Brand Experience (m/f/x) Tommy Hilfiger:
  • You will drive and manage consumer centric events for our People's Place Café's within the PVH Region West
  • You will manage the People's Place marketing calendar
  • You will coordinate all projects and lead all activities around the People's Place Café's
  • You will cooperate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders, e.g. Brand Marketing, our Retail Area Managers, Retail Buying VM and our global Headquarter in Amsterdam
  • You will collaborate with service partners, agencies and the internal event team
  • You will monitor and track activations/projects by relevant KPI's
  • You will create and present your activation ideas and concepts
  • You will manage our Tommy Hilfiger brand fan community
  • You will be responsible for the budget planning and controlling of respective activations including reporting's

What do we need from you? You have:
  • A university degree, post-secondary education or post graduate diploma in (Event-) Marketing or similar
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in (Event-) Marketing
  • Strong language skills in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Good content creation, project management and organization skills
  • A creative and innovative driven mind-set and hands-on mentality
  • A solution-oriented and precise working method
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize
  • A communicative personality and strong team spirit
  • Very good MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
