You will join the Creative Operations Strategy team which supports Farfetch's Creative Operations (CrOps) team to plan our strategy. Reporting to the CrOps Strategy Manager, you will support the area's strategy planning discussions and lead important projects to translate that strategy into execution. Some of the projects / challenges we deal with daily are around coordinating CrOps support to company-wide projects, understanding how we can improve our planning, how our organization should evolve in the future.


    • Drive projects that lead to an accurate strategy execution;
    • Project manage cross functional projects within CrOps;
    • Help implement routines to challenge and align the direction of the several CrOps areas;
    • Influence diverse stakeholders, from Creative Operations senior leadership to the people making it happen at ground level;
    • Connect and work together with many colleagues from Operations and other Farfetch areas;
    • Contribute to the growth of the Creative Ops Strategy team, critically identifying improvement opportunities.


    • A professional with 4+ years of experience in management consulting or similar background (e.g.: strategy & planning teams within other industries);
    • Motivated to work in an energetic environment that embraces change;
    • Experience with analytics and project management;
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
