Position Overview
The Visual Merchandising Associate day-to-day management and development of all storefronts, ensuring merchandising and promotional activity aligns with the trading and promotional plans. They will act as a brand guardian ensuring all storefronts and supporting marketing activity is executed consistently and in line with brand, guidelines to ensure we are a Digital Flagship. They will aim to troubleshoot customer-facing issues ahead of those being called out to the contact centre. This role is key in maintaining flagship standards onsite, they will be aware of the divisional plans, seasonal buys and forecast in order to make the best merchandising decision. Detailed-orientated approach and a genuine interest in understanding what drives customers to buy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising
* Day-to-day management and development of all storefronts, ensuring merchandising and promotional activity align with the trading and promotional plans.
* A brand guardian ensuring all storefronts and supporting marketing activity is executed consistently and in line with brand guidelines.
* Create, present and feedback on weekly/monthly analysis of key performance indicators and customer behaviour to internal/external stakeholders.
* Partner with the Brand & Content and Web Development Teams to brief, test, optimise and deploy content across multiple channels including but not limited to, website, email, app, and socials.
* Ensure customer experiences is seamless throughout the funnel by consistently performing a series of checks of product pages, category pages, cross-sells, search keywords, navigational elements and more.
* Benchmark competitively to propose recommendations for a best-in-class customer experience on site

* Maintain and optimize product attribution for product assortment.
* Work cross-functionally to relentlessly maintain solid understanding of brand priorities and ever-changing product assortment to deliver appropriate representation on-site.
* Analyse site metrics, customer feedback and other related data to identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and drive revenue growth across product categories
* Partner with trading strategy on seasonally insights to optimise site navigation, customer journey and product placement to drive online sales.
* Understand the sales forecast and targets.
* Analysing best sellers and stock levels in reaction to trade performance and upcoming promotional activity to optimise online sales.
* Drive commercial awareness, understanding of key competitors and promotional plans
* Lead promo plans.
* Lead UAT and platform enhancements for all projects under your remit.
* You will build on the merchandising catalogue, creating new product listing pages and suggesting opportunities for capturing trends and SEO terms.
* You will ensure your teamwork alongside your VM Leads, CRM, Content, Paid Social and publishing teams to ensure all products, assets and links are provided within briefs in a timely manner and merchandised to a high standard.
* You will own the Digital Range Plan, keeping this up to date with relevant launches by market.
* Produce reports for both internal and external discussions.
* Influence, present and defend a business argument both one-on-one and in a group setting.
* Develop entrepreneurial spirit, coming up with innovative ideas to engage customers across devices throughout ever-changing customer-technological landscape
* Attend all virtual line openings to ensure you know the divisional seasonal buys, in addition you will ensure you are sharing insights and relevant buy information to the buyers to ensure we are getting the right assortment for the sites.
* Ensure your team are updating and leveraging internal processes and documentations are updated for your divisions e.g. Trading Calendar, System Process Documents etc
* You will work alongside your Trade & VM Leads, Store VM, Merchandising, CRM, Content, Paid Social and publishing teams to ensure all products, assets and links are provided within briefs in a timely manner and merchandised to a high standard.
* You will own the Digital Range Plan, keeping this up to date with relevant launches by market. Trade

* You will pro-actively work with the DTC merchandising teams to ensure stock opportunities are maximised for the Digital Channel.
* You will monitor trade for regional websites as well as customer feedback and reviews for your category, making recommendations and spotting any missed opportunities alongside your Trade & VM Lead.
* Report on eCommerce trade highlighting key information to the Trading leads.
* Maintain strong brand relationships ensuring strong understanding of seasonal priorities and launches.
* Lead division within trade meetings, act as manager proxi in wider business meetings in their absence.
* You will pro-actively work with the DTC merchandising teams to ensure stock opportunities are maximised for the Digital Channel.
* You will monitor trade for regional websites as well as customer feedback and reviews for your category, making recommendations and spotting any missed opportunities alongside your Trade & VM Lead. * Support the manager on the resource model ensure the team are operating within fair workload vs demand ratio.
* Consistent and productive feedback with all team members on performance.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
This role is ideal for someone who has been working as an ecommerce Snr. Assistant for over two years or an assistant in a smaller company who has worked within a larger remit and ready for their next step, who enjoys the technical aspect and would love to work in an exciting, global brand.
* 3.5+ full strategic cycles experience, started to oversee workload from other team members.
* Strong Excel skills (Pivot & Vlookup) to manipulate big data sets
* Good understanding of web tools (Salesforce Excel etc)
* An entrepreneurial, career hungry mindset
* Highly organized with a sharp eye for details.
* Intuitive and initiative.
* A willingness to get stuck in and learn
* Passion to work in a luxury fashion brand.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrated aptitude for technology, including understanding product data flows and e-commerce software
* Positive, "can-do" attitude
* Willingness to be flexible and pivot across multiple tasks and priorities as necessary
* Proactive, taking initiative for needed improvements and problem-solving
