Job Purpose

As Responsible Programme Assistant you will support the Responsibility Programme Manager on the delivery of the Social Compliance Strategy across EMEIA region, provide assistance to the regional Responsibility team on administrative tasks, and support Responsibility Director upon request.

Ideally you will have previous experience in similar role within a fast paced environment, have impeccable attention to detail and ability to work autonomously, confidence in collating data and a keen interest in Social Responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and collate Responsibility visibility data across EMEIA region
• Manage the onboarding and the monitoring agenda across EMEIA region
• Manage relations with and review audit reports of 3rd party auditing firms
• Support in the development of methodology and tools for monitoring and reporting partners social performance
• Develop specialist knowledge on key projects and risks within the fashion industry
• Provide administrative and organizational support to regional Responsibility Team

Knowledge and Experience Required

• Great connector and empathic team player
• Strong data management and analytical skills
• Stakeholder engagement capabilities
• English and Italian both verbal and written
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Strong IT proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Social Sustainability schemes and reporting methodologies is a plus
• 6/12+ months work experience in sustainability field and/or a multinational company preferred
