Financial Analyst Group Reporting & Planning (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new team player who likes to make a difference and move things forward in a dynamic, international environment. A highly motivated team of experts, with flat hierarchies and of course a lot of fun at work, is looking forward to you!

What you can expect:

• Independent analysis of business development and assessment of actual performance for a business unit (complete region)
• Main contact person during the budgeting process and in the respective group planning phases for the business unit
• Preparation of top management reporting and short and medium term group planning / budgets
• Conducting internal and external benchmark analyses with the purpose of identifying group-wide optimization potentials
• Further development of a new cloud-based group planning via IBM TM1 as well as support in setting up a group-wide standardized reporting structure (Reporting Excellence Center)
• Preparation of global ad-hoc analyses as a decision-making basis for top management (predictive & data analytics)

Your profile:

• Master's degree with focus on controlling, corporate finance, statistics or business informatics with above-average success
• At least 3 years of professional experience in large international corporations or consulting firms
• You have above-average analytical and communication skills
• Advanced statistical skills and data analytics/science knowledge are an advantage (MATLAB, SPSS, Stata, R, Python)
• First IBM TM1 as well as SAP BW/BI and SAP AFS knowledge facilitate your start
• High ability to work in a team as well as agile working methods (e.g. SCRUM) appeal to you
