Genflow works with the world’s leading creators to help them build their own brands, and become successful entrepreneurs. The Marketing team is the central beacon for all new creators that Genflow partners with.

The role

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Defining and delivering the brand marketing strategy - working closely with management, digital, creative and content teams, to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services.

     

    Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Understand the key marketing performance metrics to analyse and report on performance and key learnings.

     

    All aspects of daily management for the overall Marketing Department - managing 2 x direct reports.

     

    Lead key events and thought leadership activity to ensure brand objectives are met.

     

    Identify opportunities to reach and engage with new global audiences including campaign concepts, new marketing channels and platforms to elevate global mass-market brand awareness, brand perception and increase sales.

     

    Track and record activity on marketing related KPIs, and provide weekly and quarterly performance reports, identifying marketing priorities, challenges and opportunities.

     

    Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations.

     

    Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.

     

We would like to meet someone who:

 

  • Has +5yrs of brand marketing experience, preferably in fitness, wellness or a sports brand.

     

    Highly data-led & highly proficient in reading and learning from data.

     

    Strong initiative when it comes to new marketing activations across multiple channels.

     

    Strong CRM knowledge and experience.

     

    Independent worker.

     

    Strong influencer marketing knowledge and experience.

     

    Highly organised.

     

    Great understanding of social media and creator space.

     

    Excellent use of the English language and grammar.

     

    Natural communicator, able to form relationships with influencers/managers/agencies at all levels (both internal and external).

     

    Ability to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects at the same time.

     

    Highly motivated with a positive attitude.

     

    Team player, and enjoys working with others across the wider team.

     

    Has a strong interest in fitness and has an affinity for fitness equipment and fitness lifestyle categories.

     

The important technical skills 

 

  • Be fluent in Google Sheet/Excel

     

    Understand how to organise and manage large amounts of data
