You will be joining our Digital Growth Team

If you want to manage all things digital for some of the biggest creators in the world then this role is for you. You must love and have tactical experience with FB, Google, Tik Tok Ads and CRM. 

The role

  • Working with teams to create a competitive digital marketing strategy and build an effective marketing funnel enabling repeatable, predictable revenue growth with adherence to best-in-class LTV: CAC standards.

  • Monitoring, optimizing and managing the strategy day-to-day of campaigns across a selection of Brands managed by Genflow, across all platforms with support from the Paid Media Manager.

  • Generating and presenting digital reports, analysis, performance insights, and recommended action plans across all brands

  • Managing CRM through Klaviyo for automated flows, newsletters and post purchase deals

  • Monitoring and adjusting campaigns to ensure healthy KPIs: Traffic, CPL, Cost Per Click, Quality Scores, Click Thru Rate, Conversion Rate, LTV & Revenue.

  • Holding meetings with Clients, providing a commercial overview and progress updates

  • Setting and achieving digital targets across relevant KPIs

  • Forward-thinking and experimenting with the latest algorithm changes and beta-testing opportunities

We would like to meet someone who

  • Has previous experience working in a cross channel digital growth role at an agency

  • Can create strategy documents, reporting to a high standard

  • Experience managing performance and growth marketing teams, as well as campaigns across all channels through a process-driven way

  • Is data-driven, with a strong handle on performance data and ROI with the ability to pull numbers and calculate it themselves

  • Can adopt a strategic approach to their work, and also operationally work alongside the team on a day to day basis to ensure the correct execution is delivered

  • Enjoys client face-time, partnering and working in a collaborative manner

  • Embody’s entrepreneurial mindsets, oozes determination, perseverance and an instinctive eye for what will work and what won’t

  • Would thrive in an environment to work across multiple brands and projects at the same time, and get a genuine thrill from working at pace with a team of highly talented and driven people

  • Is a total expert, understands e-commerce and social media, as well as how key platforms and successful marketing strategies achieve growth

  • Takes every opportunity to remain up to date with the creator economy industry and audience

  • Understands digital and content trends amongst Gen-Z and Millennial audiences, with an intuitive understanding of what type of user experience, marketing and activation achieve success

The important technical essentials

  • Goggle data studio, FB/Google/Tiktok Ad manager

  • Solid knowledge of web analytics

  • Previous experience using a project management tool such as Asana

  • Proficient using Microsoft word and Googled document suite

  • Experience with Klaviyo software
