Rosetta Getty is seeking a candidate to fill a Director of E-Commerce position with a primary objective to grow the direct-to-consumer business. The opportunity would allow the candidate to own the full ecosystem from merchandising, web development, paid & organic marketing strategies, asset management, revenue projecting and analytical reporting. Reporting into the owner & founder of the company, there would be room for the candidate to have exposure to other cross-functional teams for dynamic growth. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage the P&L for all E-Commerce expenses and revenue streams with the objective of maximizing margins and productive inventory

Brief in the assets needed for homepage, PLP, PDP to create an enhanced experience for the user with the marketing team 

Projects annual revenue goals and updates stakeholders with forecasts based on anticipated marketing activity and seasonal nuances 

Manages both website merchandising and UX development by implementing historical trend data and shopping behavior insights  

Works closely with customer service team to ensure end-to-end fulfillment of orders and returns are seamless 

Measures success using collection sell-through goals, conversion rates and accurately replenishing best-selling styles 

Identifies the roles and assets of each digital marketing channel including paid social and newsletters 

Oversees all affiliate partnerships, contracts and profits (primarily Farfetch) 

Partners cross-functionally between Rosetta, design, art direction, marketing, production and sales to ensure a seamless workflow

PROFILE: 

5-7 years of experience in an E-commerce role ideally in the fashion or luxury industry along with digital marketing experience 

Shopify experience is preferred 

Experience with Klaviyo & Farfetch is a bonus 

Has extensive knowledge of both projecting revenue goals and reporting on actuals 

Holds an independent character while also enjoys working cross-functionally with other department verticals (marketing, design, production, sales)
