Vestiaire Collective is looking for an Intern to join our Experience team as a Business Intern for the European Market, starting in June/July for 6 months in our Paris office.

About the role

You will be in charge of driving the performance of some key countries in Europe and contribute to our regional growth strategy.

What you'll do
  • You will closely look at our business daily and weekly business with a focus on top-line KPIs (GMV, Trafic, AOV, Acquisition of new buyers, ...). You will contribute to identifying performance drivers but also raising red flags or suspicious fluctuations.
  • You will contribute to our European strategy by performing market research on our geo to identify areas of improvement and translate them into actions. You will continuously benchmark our competitors in Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Eastern Europe, Europe, Middle East ...
  • You will lead independently structured deep dives, leveraging data analysis and business insights to help your team and collaborators better understand trends and consumer behaviors in our markets
  • You will build a commercial plan for key countries including all vouchers, commercial activations, marketing spend changes, seller challenges, CRM ad-hoc campaigns
  • You will coordinate commercial activations across all levers (on-site, CRM, ... ) and analyze results of all campaigns
  • You will support on ad-hoc requests and help coordinate Monthly Reporting and meeting with Comex


Who you are
  • Currently doing a master's degree at a Business School or Engineering School.
  • You have strong analytical skills, and are willing to develop them:  leverage large scale data, ensure data accuracy and pay attention to details.
  • You are proficient in Excel and proficiency SQL is a plus.
  • You are structured, a fast learner and motivated by E-commerce.
  • You have good writing and presentation skills and are at ease with Power Point.
  • You are a team player and enjoy learning from others.
  • You have a strong interest and knowledge in Fashion/Luxury industry.
  • And lastly you are fluent in English (working language is English).
