You will support the FARFETCH Private Client Acquisition & Partnership strategies to help us acquire high-value potential FARFETCH customers to the Private Client tier, our highest Loyalty program tier. You will report into the Acquisition Manager and work across the Marketing and Sales functions within the Private Client Department. You will be passionate about delivering the best experience for our customers, demonstrating a desire for continuous improvement, supporting cross-departmental projects and goals, whilst being creative and commercially knowledgeable with an understanding of the luxury industry.


    • Support with planning and briefing in Private Client Acquisition and Partnership activations with multiple teams, ensuring delivery against set deadlines.
    • Support with planning and briefing marketing materials
    • Manage Private Client upgrade process including generating access codes, distributing to relevant teams and external partners
    • Build email campaigns from end to end, this includes - building emails, adding targeted audiences and campaign sends
    • Help organise events as project coordinator, this includes - coordinating with external partners and our teams on delivery of event
    • Support with the set up, execution and delivery of A/B tests
    • Report on activations, working with our Private Client analytics team to provide performance metrics, propose insights and seek new opportunities.
    • Manage the daily relationships with select Private Client partners
    • Support with business presentations


    • Have a passion for all things digital and some experience with luxury fashion,
    • Experience in a marketing team with some exposure to partnerships and events is desirable.
    • Experience coordinating projects and working with multiple team members
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to present and talk through projects with different teams across the business and external team members.
