Job Details

The Organizational Effectiveness Specialist will support all aspects of Organizational Effectiveness at Tiffany & Co including change management initiatives, organizational development needs, organization design projects, and overall HR excellence. HR Excellence focuses on the continuous improvement of Tiffany HR as we adapt to support the evolution of our business. This person will work closely with the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, partnering with business leaders at all levels as well as all HR Centers of Excellence to influence effective people practices across our functions and help to develop people related solutions.

*This role is in-person at out Corporate Headquarters in New York.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to diagnose organization efficiency opportunities and collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data that support recommendations to address performance gaps and build capabilities.
  • Support partnerships to influence organizational transformation efforts through organizational design, development and change management
  • Support the execution of internal organization strategic projects, including project design and scoping, aligning stakeholder expectations, project management, providing updates, and timely project delivery
  • Engage with project team members and key collaborators to understand organizational structure, business processes, and related roles and responsibilities to identify areas of opportunity and impacts
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external teams throughout the entirety of OE initiatives
  • Conduct engagement, readiness, and change impact assessments with end users impacted by changes
  • Lead sustainment activities with the project teams including lessons learned and strategy enhancement
  • Serve as a consultant to business leaders across the organization to help facilitate optimal team and departmental performance.
  • Provide Project Management support, including assisting with developing project plans, calendars, and conducting status review meetings
  • Partner with the Global Talent COE to develop and roll out people driven initiatives across OE, Talent Management, and Learning & Development
  • Help redesign the future direction of the OE function both domestically and globally with regional partners
  • Assist with special projects for the Director of Organization effectiveness, VP of Talent, and the CHRO


  • Required Qualifications:
  • College degree required
  • Minimum 2-4 years of Org Effectiveness, Org Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Change Management experience
  • Skills to work independently and in a large project team setting
  • Ability to work with all levels within an organization and strong executive presence
  • Excellent organizational, meeting planning coordination and project management skills
  • Organized, independent, and self-motivated with a team player demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree preferred in the field of Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Communications, or Business
  • Experience implementing large scale project initiatives preferred
