The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the compliance of all inventory related policies and procedures across all Fulfillment Centers, Corporate Offices, Stores and any locations where Kirna Zabete merchandise is stored. The position is responsible for ensuring standards are identical from facility to facility and will require scheduled visits at each location to perform audits. Additionally, the role will be responsible for the review and creation if needed of standardized reconciliations and exceptions reporting to ensure the physical operation and virtual results match. The Inventory Control Coordinator will also be tasked with identifying areas for process improvements, provide training as needed and partner with the Senior Operations Manager to create plans and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

● Understand all aspects of inventory operations that impact inventory accuracy

● Ensure policies & procedures are understood and actioned to standard. If deviations are found, facilitate training and feedback cadence to the management team ensuring deficiencies are corrected timely.

● Work with Operations team to hire and train stock staff

● Run and analyze daily reports to identify and address inventory issues

○ Monitor cycle count results for all facilities

○ Review Daily On hand reports

○ Review negative inventory reports to catch receiving and register mistakes

● Act as an impartial liaison between corporate team and store/stock teams

● Partner with Accounts Payable to investigate and address non-receipts impacting vendor payments

● Responsible for leading Physical Inventory preparation and reconciliation

 

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or 3-5 years equivalent work experience within inventory control
  • Knowledge of Teamwork Commerce and excel preferred
  • Demonstrated planning, organization, and decision-making skills
  • A performance driven individual who demonstrates strong initiative and superior leadership skills
  • Strong EXCEL skills (VlookUPs)
  • Photoshop Adobe proficiency not required, but huge plus
  • Experience with retail inventory procedures & systems
