An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Emilia Wickstead as Creative Content & Social Media Manager. This role sits within the Communications department and is responsible for the management of Emilia Wickstead’s creative content requirements and social media channels. A natural storyteller, you should be creative yet analytical, with excellent copywriting skills and impeccable attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities

 

Content Creation/Marketing

  • Support with the planning and execution of seasonal campaign shoots from concept to delivery
  • Brief internal teams and photographers to maximise content creation, keeping an omnichannel approach in mind
  • Make informed suggestions and proposals for talent and creative concepts
  • Support with content creation during London Fashion Week, including booking vendors, briefing and backstage/live content
  • Support the Head of Communications with forward planning and administrative duties during London Fashion Week
  • Compile creative look books
  • Support with planning and execution of brand events
  • Create brand documents and graphics, including invitations and presentations
  • Supply creative content to Ecommerce team for website and blog posts

Social Media

  • Curate and run the Emilia Wickstead and Emilia Wickstead Bridal social media channels (Instagram, Facebook) ensuring content is in line with the Marketing/Commercial calendar and product deliveries
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent and customer-centric
  • Planning - responsible for forward planning and scheduling of all social posts and campaigns, using scheduling tools as relevant
  • Obtain approval for social plans on a weekly and monthly basis from relevant stakeholders, including Head of Communications and Creative Director
  • Responsible for overseeing the Digital Marketing Calendar, which sits within the overall Company Critical Path
  • Liaise with the Ecommerce Manager on all paid social media campaigns and ensure e-mail marketing is aligned to social activity and product uploads. Continuously find new ways to work together to drive conversion
  • Partner with Ecommerce Manager to update Instagram shop
  • Respond in real time to new content and cultural moments, partnering with the Communications Executive to amplify press and VIP stories
  • Cultivate an always-on approach to Instagram stories utilising collection, press and UGC assets
  • Strategy - present new, innovative, and creative ideas for posts and stories to drive follower engagement and growth
  • Complete all community management and escalate queries to Customer Service as relevant
  • Write engaging and on-brand copy, ensuring that tone of voice is relevant to Emilia Wickstead’s target customers
  • Create graphics as needed to support social posts
  • Compile monthly analytics reports

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 4+ years in a digital marketing or editorial role in a luxury brand environment
  • Proficient in the use of social media platforms, content management systems, Google Analytics, social media monitoring platforms and native analytics. Able to interpret and apply data to influence strategic content plans Proficient in Adobe Suite with graphic design skills 
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong presentation skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
