ABOUT THE TEAM

The Category Operations Team- Women is a highly specialized team focusing on excellent and efficient high-quality execution of Buying and Merchandising processes. As Category Operations Lead -Women, you are leading a team of approx. 15 Operations Specialists and Managers and responsible for delivering constant high-quality process excellence in Buying and Merchandising operations.

The role is based in Berlin, Germany.

  • Responsible for leading and developing the team according to defined career paths by ensuring regular development conversations and growth opportunities
  • Steers team’s performance and results against defined KPIs/ SLAs
  • Manages team’s weekly and daily workload, priorities and processes
  • Constantly improves processes in collaboration with the Subject Matter Experts and the relevant central teams in Supply Expert Functions
  • Ensures frequent functional training formats for the team on processes, tools and best practice sharing
  • Acts as point of escalation
