This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing and Communications team for a 360 approach to building brand awareness & driving incremental sales. This position will assist in retail initiatives, digital planning, and PR/Influencer strategy.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Retail Marketing

- Work with Marketing & Events Manager to define and implement the retail marketing and events strategy in all doors

- Work closely with District and Store Managers to communicate, receive and evaluate all field local marketing requests.

- Work with major retail partners (BLM, HBC, Saks, Nordstrom) to establish marketing programming for traffic driving initiatives

- Assist in identifying key markets and partners. Coordinate logistics, vendors and promotional materials.

- Compile post-event recap analysis data to identify future opportunities and to track ROI

Public Relations Tasks

- Coordinate sample requests & deliveries to and from Paris HQ, media outlets, styling appointments, press days, and complete all necessary documentation

- Pitch weekly product placements

- Build relationships with store personnel and ensure that all store pulls are conducted in a respectful manner and that the loan policy is adhered to

- Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to remain up-to-date on all necessary product information pertaining to sales trends, styles purchased for the US market, markdowns, product delivery schedules, seasonal capsules, slow selling products to push, product depth, etc.

- Organize market appointments during press days and manage attendance of Editors, Stylists, and VIPs

- Strategize & execute seasonal gifting

- Coordinate VIP dressing appointments/requests with VIP agency (KO)

- Manage FashionGPS

Communication & Support

- Collaborate across departments to create, distribute and support execution of marketing calendar to reinforce seasonal and brand messaging for retail, e-commerce and digital marketing, social media and PR initiatives

- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on workflow to meet deliverables and deadlines

- Vendor, accounts payable and budget management

- Administrative support across PR & Marketing


- 1-2 year experience in retail marketing, events or PR

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

- Strong communication skills
- Action oriented; drive for results
- Creative thinker

- Proactive and positive attitude

Other Skills:

- Works well cross functionally with other departments

- Remain knowledgeable about relevant Influencers, Celebrities, and other VIPs

- Know the Collections! Trends, Textures, Needs of the industry.
