POSITION SUMMARY: The Merch Analyst is an important part of the Calvinklein.com buying organization, responsible for creating and maintaining team assortment tracking tools for digital launch, entering purchase orders, and PDP sample management. This role will work closely with all levels on buying team to help drive the ecomm business, maintain Licensee relationships, and create an effective online experience for our consumers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Create & maintain seasonal buy & assortment sheets, ensuring accurate information, with knowledge of key marketing launch dates & priorities.
- Work towards assorting initial buy alongside Buyer.
- Pull ck.com selling for division, able to communicate best/worst sellers and call out trends within selling.
- Accurately own style definition, PO entry, & PO tracking/maintenance with Buyer support.
- Own timeline for completion as set by internal & external partners.
- Work towards communicating shipping delays to cross functional team & understand impact to online experience.
- Responsible for sample collection, tracking, and pass-off to PDP team, must adhere to strict timelines in order to get product live onsite.
- Partner with Site Merchant and Site Experience team on maintaining clean and effective site experience for respective departments.
- Assist with daily site QA, communicating callouts as necessary
- Gain expert knowledge on competition in the digital space and assist Buying team in reacting to competitive challenges
- Pull ad hoc reporting at request of Buying team
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: Entry level with some experience in a retail environment preferred

Skills:
- Understanding of the digital space, ck.com customer, and its unique needs
- Must be highly organized and have exceptional attention to detail
- Excel, Word and Power point proficient
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to deadline demands, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be self-motivated
- Strong brand awareness and creative acumen
- Ability to work in a team based environment
