About THE ROLE

The People Belonging & Engagement function facilitates the relationship between the Employee and the Company, with the vision that every associate feels a sense of belonging to PVH's communities, every day. We do this by focusing in on the Companies commitments in the spaces of PVH Onboarding, Region North Community, Inclusion & Diversity, and Wellbeing.

Reporting in to the People Belonging & Engagement Manager, the Junior People Belonging & Engagement Specialist is responsible for the teams' outputs in the spaces of PVH Onboarding and Inclusion & Diversity.

This role will support our Region North business (associates in Denmark, Finland, Netherlands (Market), Norway, Republic of Ireland, Sweden, United Kingdom) and will work collaboratively with teams from across the region and those within our European Headquarters in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities include:
  • Own the day-to-day coordination of the PVH Region North associate onboarding experience process and take the lead on delivering the relevant face-to-face and virtual elements
  • Work in partnership with the People Belonging & Engagement Manager and relevant internal teams to evaluate and identify opportunities for the PVH Region North associate onboarding and induction experience process
  • Lead on the design & implementation of the Inclusion & Diversity calendar, evaluating outcomes and identifying opportunities to ensure it is relevant to the Region North community
  • Design internal communication assets, accurately interpreting PVH Brand Guidelines while ensuring relevance to the Region North community
  • Partner with stakeholders from all functions and levels of the organisation as part of project teams, ensuring an approach that supports associates' overall belonging & engagement
  • Support the People Belonging & Engagement Manager with the collection, collation, analysis and communication of data, both quantitative and qualitative, through employee surveys, focus groups, people feedback, internal communications reporting data and more
  • Working with the People Belonging & Engagement Manager to use data and make suitable recommendations and actions to positively impact associate belonging & engagement
  • Own all elements of the coordination of events & communications for the People Belonging & Engagement team, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, identifying process improvements to drive efficiency and improve the experience of our associates
  • When required, support the wider People Belonging & Engagement team with all elements of Communication Design
