POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sr. Coordinator, Global Integrated PR and Influence will support the Manager, Global Integrated PR and Influence in the development and execution of all influencer strategy, partnerships, and programming in N. America and Globally.

A key aspect within this role is tosupport all partnerships of anetwork of influencers across culture, lifestyle and innovation to leverage across the brand and business line plans.The role willhelpcreate brand equity and demand for key CALVIN KLEIN products (apparel, fragrance, and eyewear) and stories. The position willsupport the development ofstrategies that foster consumer connections and inspire new/existing audiences via influencer relations and channels.

This position is responsible for providing a wide range of coordination to the Global Influence team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Support thedevelopment of a capable network of influencers across culture, lifestyle and innovation to leverage across all brand and business line plans.
  • Supportscreation and execution of North America & Global seasonal influencer programming that fuels consumer demand & engagement.
  • Oversees reporting across all influencer activity in North America and globally.
  • Identifies and sources new influencer talent & cross-channel trends.
  • Coordinatesinternal relationships to ensure all plans reflect business priorities and needs.
  • Identifies, ideates & implements ongoing influencer partnership opportunities across product, content & experience.
  • Overseesinfluencer budget(s) & invoicing, and contracts with influencer partners.
  • Manages all reporting around influencer programs based on existing/new platforms & consumer insights in partnership with regional teams.
  • Creates inspiration internally and externally for the influencer function.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

3+ years of relevant experience in the communications, social media & influencer marketing space, ideally with a fashion/lifestyle background, and a long-term desire to pursue a career in fashion and/or related field.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree Required

  • Strong interpersonal & writing skills.
  • Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, creative, collaborative environment.
  • Understanding and active interest in media trends.
  • Team player!
  • Be in the know - stay current on fashion, entertainment, lifestyle, culture, art, music and design trends.
  • Resourceful, creative and self-motivated with strong organizational skills and aptitude for immediately developing a highly organized approach to managing multiple projects.
  • Must be motivated, flexible, poised, and adaptable in rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Developed editorial and design skills (writing, editing, grammar, proofreading, laying out + designing presentations, etc.) along with a high-level of creativity.
  • A strong aesthetic sensibility and exposure to/understanding of fashion, photography, architecture, and/or art required.
  • Resourceful, highly motivated project manager.
