POSITION SUMMARY:

PVH has embarked upon building a Global Digital Commerce platform, a world class ecosystem focused around the needs of our consumers, while also being operationally efficient. In this new role within the Global Order Management team, you will have the opportunity to help define and shape the future of Digital Commerce across all of PVHs brands and across the globe.

You will collaborate with experts in the digital commerce space to develop innovative order management solutions. The team is leveraging the best-in-class platforms, and you will have the opportunity to hone your experience with them and help evolve our application of them.

You must possess the skills and experience to work effectively across project teams within the Global Value Chain & Digital Commerce and Consumer Applications.

The ideal candidate will have functional and technical implementation experience with Order Management applications in the areas of order work flow, payments and enterprise inventory visibility. Additionally, hands on experience with REST APIs and design of end-to-end processes is foundational to this role. The individual will also be responsible for production support of applications in the areas of responsibility.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Solution Design
  • Gathers, analyzes, and documents solution requirements. Facilitates user story creation and backlog grooming in an agile delivery environment.
  • Creates solution designs utilizing user-centric design techniques.
  • Coordinates with business, development, and testing teams and leverages relevant process and technology proficiency to propose optimal solution(s) options delivering required business capabilities.
  • Proactively identifies and effectively assesses improvement opportunities (productivity/efficiency gains, cost savings, etc.)
  • Utilizes agile delivery methodologies and participates on scrum teams in execution of solution delivery projects.
  • Considers overall user technology experience in thoughtfully designing engaging solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum Methodologies; Epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, definition of done, etc.
  • Define and Create reporting requirements in Cognos or similar Business Intelligence (BI) tools

System Configuration & Testing
  • Performs application configuration (i.e. create attributes, workflows, Golden Collection changes) in support of solution delivery initiatives.
  • Performs peer functional and solution design reviews as required.
  • Defines and develops approaches for data conversion. Performs the extract, load, and validation of converted data.
  • Supports solution testing efforts by developing test plans, preparing test environments, performing test execution, and validating test results.
  • Utilizes query tools to write complex ad-hoc queries and operational reports.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, JQL, Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Perform application configuration & Install Software enhancements and Golden collections in all application environments

Production Support
  • Provides rotational support and work with L1 team to troubleshoot issues.
  • Demonstrates system proficiency and leverages subject matter expertise to perform root cause analysis and assess issue trends.
  • Coordinates issue resolution with vendors and/or cross-functional teams. Provides timely and thorough communication regarding issue status/resolution with end-users and other key stakeholders.
  • Creates and maintains systems documentation (e.g. Confluence, Knowledge Base Articles) Develops and facilitates system training.

Leadership
  • Under guidance from Sr. Manager and Tech Specialists, partners with business and proposes solutions/improvements.
  • Works effectively in a self-directed manner with minimal direction from lead and/or manager.
  • Leads smaller streams of work. Interfaces across all organization levels comfortably.
  • Generates new ideas and influences decisions within and outside team.
  • Mentors team members and peers in developing required technical skills, functional knowledge, and business acumen.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of industry trends and innovative thought leadership.
  • Participates in creation of Global COE for OMS and Omni-Fulfillment

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • 7+ years work experience as a Functional / Technical Analyst with Order Management solutions (preferably Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) SaaS based solution or Distributed Order Management v2014+) or similar competing OMS product
  • Specific areas of experience preferred include:
    • Order Workflow, Order Orchestration and Inventory flows
    • Configuration using Golden Collections and Testing
    • Research and triage troubleshooting tasks
  • 5 years work experience working REST APIs, XML/XSLT and JSONs
  • 5 years work experience - UNIX, SQL, MySQL, Big Query
  • Understanding of Relational Databases and SQL query fundamentals to support required data analysis
  • Experience with Cloud Computing Platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS or Azure
  • Working knowledge of Postman and API Management tools
  • Understanding of Integration tools like MuleSoft or webMethods a plus
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management or fulfillment systems a plus
  • Experience with Change Management and Issue reporting on Service Now (SNOW)
  • Deep retail industry experience is required, preferably apparel
  • Experience with operating in a Global business and working within a mature Technology Project Management process framework
  • Provides mentorship to junior analysts through Community of Practice and other informal forums
  • Identifies industry best practices in Supply chain and Omni solutions and builds partner relationships
  • Share insights with production support team and engage, when needed, with critical incident management escalations
  • Driving innovation and actively drives down technical debt
  • Serves as domain subject matter expert and mentors team members and peers in developing required technical skills, functional knowledge, and business acumen

Education: Bachelor's Degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science Engineering or related field

Skills:
  • Functional & Technical knowledge of Distributed Order Management (DOM), supply chain, and retail processes
    • Experience with a Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) a plus
    • Experience in System Configuration to setup multiple functionalities to align with Business requirements.
  • Functional understanding of Omni-Channel concepts

  • Any experience with Payment gateways like Cybersource, Adyen, PayPal or any BNPL is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate with other Supply Chain, E-Commerce technology teams, and Business and third party vendor partners
  • Comprehensive understanding of testing concepts
    • Ability to write test scripts, coordinate testing steps with partnering teams, and track issues to resolution
  • Diagnose if reported issues are code bugs, user error, or configuration errors
  • Ability to create playbooks for Helpdesk support users to follow
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong documentation skills, attention to detail and follow up.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
