Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wholesale Admin to join the Roland Mouret fashion house in London. This role is an opportunity to develop and hone your commercial skills by supporting the Wholesale Team across the global business landscape. The Wholesale Admin Assistant provides sales and operations administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the department. This is an attractive, fixed term role for a highly organised individual with an eagerness to learn to join our growing team.

 

The role includes but is not limited to:  

- Implementing processes to ensure efficient running of the department; becoming proficient in our retail systems; Zedonk and Joor.

- Updating databases regularly to ensure accurate contact information is available at all times.

- Supporting with all wholesale data entry, ensuring wholesale account records are complete and up to date.

- Sales appointment calendar creation and management

- Administrative support on Showroom preparation, including set up for sales appointments and account meetings.

- Order entry, checks and confirmation send out.

- Creating brand training documents specific to account.

- Sales and product reporting –keeping internal departmental reports updated, gathering missing information in a timely manner and preparing documents for internal and external presentations or meetings.

- Liaising with our Marketing team, coordinating on wholesale sample requests with Press department.

- Preparing relevant paperwork for stock swaps and monitoring returns.

- Liaising with Logistics Dept to ensure timely deliveries of wholesale shipments, tracking and reporting.

 

The Candidate:

-Previous administrative experience.

- Highly organised, precise and efficient method of working and process driven.

- A team player with ability to prioritise effectively and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particularly strong skills in Excel.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Desirable: proficient in ZEDONK and JOOR.
