About the Early Careers Pilot Program with PVH

After a two-year hiatus, we are thrilled to announce that PVH HQ, based in the Netherlands is launching a new Early Careers Pilot Program for our campus. The program has opportunities across the business for CALVIN KLEIN, TOMMY HILFIGER and PVH.

We have missed the new energy, growth, and original thinking coming from fresh faces in the team. Having you on board enriches us, as much as we look forward to inspiring you!

Successful applicants will join the team for a 6-month period, working in our teams. We would like you to be able to practise a skill, learn a skill and share a skill. And in performing your duties as part of your team you will receive mentorship and guidance, get to know more about yourself and leap forward in your future.

3DX team - The Department and Team

The newest team to be part of the Digital Product Department, The 3D Experience team (3DX) is 3D centric team focused on dynamic, explorative & innovative usage of 3D garments within our brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.

We drive, accelerate and advance digital garment experience through rigorous transformation & interactions with our 3D assets, we will fundamentally change collection accessibility, interaction and experience at all current and future touch points.

We are obsessed with everything digital, focusing on creating the future reality of 3D Asset usage within all digital environments for B2B/B2C, internal needs and digital environments of the future. We do not limit ourselves by current working methods - we are blue sky thinkers converting our aspirations into reality by pushing and advancing the purpose 3D garments.

The Position

In this position, you will support the management of projects to improve and uplift 3D assets and initiatives, through 3D technologies, gaming and Web3.

Working in the product development landscape & closely with our brands - Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein - with key stakeholders in divisional (CK/TH) and centralized (PVH) functions.

You will actively support and drive 3D sample development, AR and VR projects by purpose for B2B and D2C, gaming experiences & products and Web3 decentralised spaces, NFT's, digital wearables - all with the focus on experiential engagements and new revenue opportunities.

A key focus will be supporting 3D focused projects, trouble shoot and solve problems in real time.

You will report into the Director 3DX and you will work directly with the wider 3DX team on product improvement initiatives in 3D software to support and guide design, developers and sales to improve the quality and consistency of 3D.

Through transparency and collaboration, the 3DX production team will work to build and guide the 3D production teams alongside DPC, the 3D product technology team and Design, Development, Merchandising & Sales teams in our brands Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein with strong communication skills to create synergies across the functions and business to fulfil the overarching PVH 3DX & 3D transformation strategy.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • To be an integral part of the start-up and set up of the 3DX team
  • To become a subject matter expert (SME) in 3D product creation with a focus on high quality asset usage and fit for purpose production / post production
  • Working together with the Director 3DX on multiple projects
  • Seasonal and Project Management e.g. calendar, quality, targets & stakeholder management
  • 3DX Project execution in collaboration with the Digital product team, brand, sales and marketing
  • Seasonal Development support to prepare 3D assets for Market launch - direct working in 3D programs
  • Working closely with Divisions, Brands, Sales teams, freelancers and external companies on seasonal collections and innovation projects
  • Share new ideas to the business in all phases of your knowledge area and beyond
  • Taking time to think on future digital - blue sky thinking made into reality

The Ideal Candidate:
  • You are a self-starter who knows the problem space and can navigate a complex matrix of teams
  • You have a solid understanding of the 3D workflow in the complete value chain
  • Outstanding communication skills to navigate in complex and ambiguous projects
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience and knowledge in different 3D tools, eg Browzwear, Clo, Apex, Adobe Substance.
  • Rendering knowledge is a prerequisite

To be eligible for the Early Careers Pilot Program:
  • Available tostart on01 October 2022
  • Willing to relocate to Amsterdam NL01 October 2022 - 31 March 2023
  • Available for 40 hours a week full time employment
  • BA, MA candidates who graduated after February 2020
  • Must be eligible to work in the EU without visa sponsorship
  • This opportunity is a fixed term programwith a duration of 6 months andwithprospect of butno guarantee of extension of the employment
