Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Chief Merchandising Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis and forecast process through strategic merchandise planning, controlled inventory management and implementing reports and corrective plans.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Define the product need optimization following the whole product life-cycle from the collection plan to the end of life, supporting and cooperating with the merchandising team in taking business decisions based on analysis and forecasts
    • Strategically define projections based on changes in business trends to secure the best product investment for all lines and categories, monitoring performance against financial target
    • Implement consistent and profitable in-season replenishment strategies and practices
    • Guarantee the reorder process is implemented in an effective and precise way: having accurate reorders, inclusive of timing, delivery and mix
    • Support merchandising team with data and analysis, draw conclusions about opportunities, risks and follow through to execution
    • Support in the creation of OTB liaising with merchandising team
    • Liaise with Customer service to ensure stock transfers
    • Provide periodic reporting on business performance


WHO YOU ARE

    • +4 year working experience in working experience in merchandising/retail planning and assortment management
    • Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field
    • Advanced computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience of working with a global company, preferably in a fashion/luxury company
    • Strong analytical mindset and financial acumen, detail and numbers oriented
    • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, a second language is a plus
