IT Team

The IT Team provides the computer hardware and software that Stadium Goods employees need to do their job in a secure and efficient way. They have a broad range of responsibilities, including employee computers, office wifi, warehouse printers, retail scanners, email service, and conference room AV.

THE ROLE

Our talented team of IT Support Engineers at Farfetch has an exciting role in satisfying their passion for IT and Service Management. If you are ready to use your expertise, education, and certifications to help power the global luxury fashion platform in our retail stores, we are ready to reward you and further develop your career in our IT Support team. Reporting to the US IT Service Team Manager, the Retail Field Support Engineers provide in-store and remote technical support for all devices including EPoS, desktops, servers, laptops, and mobile devices, and exciting Store of the Future products such as Magic Mirrors. In addition to retail store support, you will also be part of our global Corporate IT Service & Support team providing world-class IT support to our end-users and clients across the globe.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will provide technical IT diagnosis, investigation, and support for our retail stores. This includes unlimited onsite networking (WAN, LAN & WLAN) diagnosis and experienced hands, technical repairs, and full endpoint. POS, mPOS device re-provisioning, repaired device delivery back to site, and ensure all the devices are enrolled and correctly provisioned.
    • You will follow a set weekly schedule of site visits to partner with and support the retail store's technology use and technology asset management.
    • You will ensure all support tickets are logged and resolved within the IT Service Management System.
    • You will work with the Farfetch Platform, Store of the Future, and other technology teams to identify and help resolve technical incidents and requests.
    • You will ensure all 3rd party support tickets and administration are completed for incidents, requests, problem management, and asset tracking.
    • You will present a positive Farfetch and Corporate IT image


WHO YOU ARE

    • You have plenty of enthusiasm, and ambition within a busy progressive technology-motivated retail environment.
    • You have IT customer support experience and are a skilled communicator
    • You can work as part of a team or solve problems unaccompanied
    • You can accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small.
    • You have a broad-based IT background covering Windows & macOS, mobile devices, networking, Video Conferencing, EPoS, etc.
    • You have a concise, friendly manner, self-disciplined, work on your own initiative but also have team-working skills, both in-person and virtual.
    • You can demonstrate accuracy and flexibility.
