Manager Business Model Innovation (m/f/d)
HUGO BOSS AG | Metzingen near Stuttgart | Germany | Full-time

In this role you will be responsible for identifying, developing and launching new business models for HUGO BOSS based on the innovation strategy, business requirements, technological developments and market trends. You will act as a central, cross-functional specialist and coordinator for the development of new and innovative solutions.

What you can expect:

• Drive development of new ideas and strategic recommendations on innovation topics based on technological trends and market needs
• Be part of the Group Strategy & Corporate Development division and report to the Team Lead Business Model Innovation
• Act as an intrapreneur who develops, executes, is accountable for and implements innovative concepts from idea to market
• Monitor and manage scope, schedules and costs, prioritize deliverables, and install success metrics
• Assess and validate desirability, viability, feasibility, and the strategic alignment of potential concepts. Drive proof of concepts (POC) or minimum viable products (MVP) in close collaboration with the Team Lead Business Model Innovation
• Build and manage the overall innovation funnel & framework
• Create, communicate and implement a roadmap for each innovation topic in close coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders and partners to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
• Work with internal business sponsors to develop, validate & challenge business cases

Your profile:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in an international business environment and a minimum of 2 years in innovation
• Successfully completed Master's degree or MBA or equivalent
• Hands on experience in managing innovation and/or strategic projects
• Strong competency in collaborating and engaging a cross-functional team built on strong relationships
• Experience in business model innovation, product/ service development and /or go-to-market implementation
• Familiar in pragmatic application of innovation methodologies such as (but not limited to) Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Growth Hacking
• Significant multidisciplinary experience in relevant areas such as technology, strategy, customer experience design, intra-/entrepreneurship, and product development
• Passion for new challenges and thriving in a VUCA environment
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken in English
