Responsible for supporting the communication of global standards through the development and maintenance of compelling visual tools that clearly communicate both creative and product presentation strategies to global and regional partners and retail leadership.

Project Management (Adhere to CVM Communications calendar and work to meet all deadlines):
  • Lead all aspects of the directive building process by partnering cross-functionally with both the Global Design and Production teams.
  • Supervise the building and production of communications (i.e. creating compelling line drawings and renderings, taking pictures, formatting/editing, etc.)
  • Coordinate daily maintenance of both the primary CVM Communication tool Pivot and also the CVM Intranet site. Ensure that all available information on both platforms is up to date and lead daily platform updates.
  • Build communication tools by gaining knowledge of product styling and product presentation strategies and by gaining knowledge of store fixtures, design standards, materials used and challenges faced by the field team.

  • Be responsible for all aspects of the directive photography process including set up, image shooting and editing.
  • Own and maintain photography shoot calendar and provide updates as needed.
  • Assist with procurement/management of creative assets for photography shoots and special set ups.
  • Be responsible for the maintenance and up-keep of photo equipment and photo studio.
  • Support the distribution of internal and external communication tools through all defined channels.
  • Support all communication with follow up and information coordination.
  • Support the development and maintenance of cross functional/design-operations tools.
  • Participate during select achievements in the design development process to gain insight into communication needs and installation challenges.

Special Projects:
  • Support all aspects of the building and maintenance of special communication tools.
  • Partner with Communications Manager to develop new and innovative communications strategies.

  • Support the daily business needs of the Communications Manager and team.
  • Build and coordinate a digital library of all CVM communication assets (directives, photographs, special communications etc).
  • Respond to/coordinate m iscellaneous requests (i.e. creative and merchandise set ups, etc.)

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of professional experience
  • Advanced InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop skills
  • Exceptional illustration, rendering and photo retouching skills
  • Strong Photography Skills
  • Exceptional communication skills - written, oral and visual
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with adherence to deadlines
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities
  • Flexible, ambitious, outgoing, enthusiastic
  • Able to work with a variety of people and present ideas and information to a group
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Retail experience, preferably in luxury/jewelry a plus
  • Experience with HTML/Dreamweaver/Sharepoint.
  • Basic video editing a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed for store visit
