Job Details

The Creative Visual Merchandising (CVM) Training Manager is responsible for supporting and upholding the Global Creative Visual Merchandising standards through accurate execution of global, regional and retail training. CVM Training ensures that we continue to drive business results while improving the Tiffany & Co. brand story through a cohesive blend of creativity and commerciality.

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates
Retail Training:
  • Manage the content creation and deployment of CVM related training tools to be delivered to all Tiffany & Co. retail teams globally.
  • Partner with CVM Market teams to find opportunities for training and resource creation for retail teams to ensure accurate maintenance to global mentorship of all CVM programming and initiatives.
  • Act as a thought partner to global and market level retail training teams to strategize on new training programs based on needs of the business and area specific brand initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment and synergy with Global CVM Communications programming by providing supporting training resources and tools as needed.


Market CVM Training and Development:
  • Partner closely with CVM Market Operations Director and supporting market leaders to find opportunities for improved CVM training at the market level.
  • Support in the onboarding and training of new CVM Market Team Members and act as an ambassador for the Global CVM Team.
  • Manage the content creation and deployment of specific training tools passionate about market level training and facilitation of training tools.
  • Manage and implement bi-annual Global CVM Strategy Summit for Market CVM teams and other relevant attendees.


Global Development:
  • Run the development and execution of all globally led internal department training programs.
  • Partner with department leadership to identify internal team development opportunities and provide recommendations based on current available Tiffany & Co. learning programming.
  • Provide mentorship and skill building recommendations to the global and market teams by promoting awareness of Tiffany & Co. available tools and resources including: Internal Development Programs, eLearning, Development Resource Guides, Facilitated Courses, etc…
  • Lead and facilitate team activities that target skills that tie directly to the company cultural values and strategic priorities.
  • Act as a department champion for the organization's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts and ensure integration into all learning and development offerings.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires to the global team and act as subject matter authority in the area of CVM training and development.


Other Responsibilities:
  • Run the Global CVM Training SharePoint page in terms of resource creation, quarterly page updates and optimization for all content users.
  • Define and track relevant KPI's for training and development resources to measure success and influence future programming.
  • Keep awareness of all current Training and Development trends supporting corporate functions to better recommend Global programming and training.
  • Build and run Global CVM Training and Development calendar to indicate all program plans on a quarterly/yearly basis.


Qualifications for Internal Candidates
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years relevant experience in corporate training or other relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
  • Above average presentation skills both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented content designer with exceptional organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrate imagination and creative flair that is synchronized with the Tiffany brand character. Ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with cross-functional teaming and proven ability to work with a variety of people and to present ideas and information to a group.
  • Ambitious, flexible, out-going, and enthusiastic.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in display, exhibit, or visual presentation design.
  • Comfortable in and appreciative of luxury retail, basic knowledge of jewelry, leather goods, eye wear, and gifts.
  • Familiarity with basic production and building methods.
  • Strong understanding of composition, design, and art history.
  • Capable of reading basic floorplans, architectural elevations, and construction drawings.
  • Degree in Fine Arts.
