THE ROLE & THE TEAM
You will support our logistics sales team with partner conversations, identify their requirements, and are responsible for the technical and operational onboarding. Thereby you will become the interface between various stakeholders within Logistics, external providers and our partners. Your stakeholder list ranges across commercial, operational and technical teams. You will prepare, execute and document a variety of customer engagements, including workshops and solution overviews. Use these engagements to identify the ideal mode of operation and project manage the onboarding towards the desired operational setup. Become a trusted advisor to the customer, demonstrating credibility & capability. Develop & maintain industry insights on logistics services, key marketplaces, retailers and e-commerce in general in order to add intellectual value to customer discussions and use your knowledge to make active suggestions to enhance our service offering.

  • Strategic Partnership Opportunities. Lead the discovery and documentation of partner requirements during the sales process.
  • Project Management. Align with internal and external stakeholders on timelines, workstream activities and ownerships, and track all required deliverables once an implementation is approved.
  • Manage Launches. Monitor operational go-lives with clearly documented reporting and tracking. Promptly address process issues and manage incidents until the implementation is handed off to steady-state operations.
  • Analytical thinking. Follow an analytical approach to understand business needs and make data-driven decisions, while deducting clear requirements for different areas and defining measures for implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management. Share findings and recommendations of the discovery with Commercial, Technical, Logistics, Operational and other relevant teams to ensure that all partner needs are addressed. Identify and communicate gaps to the relevant teams for decision making and resolution.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF...
  • You have a university degree in business, economics, logistics, engineering or similar and have at least 5+ years of relevant international professional experience, preferably in industries such as logistics/ecommerce and/or supply chain consulting.
  • Good understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, as well as of omni- and multi channel business models or platform development.
  • You work diligently, show analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach, and even in challenging situations you are enthusiastic through your confident appearance and goal-oriented communication.
  • Experience in managing teams and stakeholders in direct and indirect reporting lines and a proven track record in delivering projects with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English with ability to communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and various audiences.
