THE ROLE

New Guards Group is looking for a Customer Service Intern to join the Customer Service team. He/She will be responsible for understanding and focusing on customer services support activities including the use of software for customer data management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Inclusion of missing data for VMS operation in customer master data (delivery - priority - area of competence - courier)
    • Use multiple spreadsheets and dashboards to collect customers information
    • Check with Team coordinators of obsolete master data and consequent blackout on B2B
    • Check of orders inserted in the sales campaign and not yet transmitted in Apache with insertion of missing fields
    • Check of master data and related data for SOX request
    • Customer Service and Show Room interface during the sales campaign


WHO YOU ARE

    • Computer skills (Office Package) & basic Knowledge of digital communication channel
    • Fluent in English both written and spoken
    • Customer orientation, problem solving skills, analytical thinking and strong negotiation skills
    • Detail-oriented mindset
    • Ability to work in team
    • Excellent time management
