Vestiaire Collective is looking for a QA Automation Engineer (F/M/D) to join our team!

About the role

Join our team to work in the Engineering Efficiency stream. As a part of it, you'll build and deliver the best possible testing framework and practices to help:

• our product team QAs design the relevant testing strategy for their scope
• increase our test coverage on both web and mobile platforms
• improve the performance and scalability of our multi platform test suites

Our cool functional environment is made of a website + an application on both Android and iOS for the front office, and several internal tools in the back office.

We are looking for a passionate Test Automation Engineer, who wants to join our platform team based in Paris/Berlin. As a member of the engineering efficiency stream you will have the responsibility of providing our product teams with a state of the art scalable and performant test automation platform.

What you'll be doing

• Improve test framework architecture and test coverage on web, mobile apps, microservices and APIs
• Collaborate across Product & Engineering to shift testing left
• Implement best practices in testing automation
• Mentor engineers/QA analysts to grow/train their automation skills
• Collaborate with developers and qa analysts on how to improve the tools, test suites, and frameworks
• Using the KPIs we have implemented for measuring testing efforts, follow and improve the test strategy in your product perimeter.
• Provide validation and support for other cross team projects intersecting with your product perimeter.

Who you are

• 4+ years of as QA engineer experience
• Strong experience with web UI, API, & Mobile test automation frameworks (cypress, cucumber, appium, postman, chai, mocha)
• Strong knowledge of different type of tests (unit, contract, end to end, functional, regression)
• Working knowledge of language like Java, Typescript and/or Javascript
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and how to integrate automated testing
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to propose new automated testing methods and be able to develop a testing process from conception to implementation.
• You are able to make significant impacts in an ever-evolving and competitive landscape
• You constantly strive for improvement and the challenges are a source of motivation for you.
