Department and Team

CALVIN KLEIN Europe has launched a series of interconnected projects aimed at transforming our in-house marketing and data management capabilities to create a more connected, integrated and personalized dialogue with our consumers. A key part of this transformation project is the in-housing of our Performance marketing teams.

In the last year we have been building the foundations and the team for Calvin Klein Performance Marketing. Now we are looking into moving to the next phase: building on the foundations and accelerating 2022 growth with key projects within the team and cross teams and departments.

The Performance Marketing Data Analyst will work closely with the Data & Tech Teams to execute the Traffic Data vision and support the different Performance Marketing teams with reports and insights that will drive business growth

Position Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Ecom Traffic teams on day-to-day analysis and optimization.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Create, setup, and automate operational and strategic reports and dashboards that will support business growth through Paid Search, SEO, Affiliate and other digital channels.
  • Bring together, explore and analyze large data sets to find actionable insights.
  • Carry out research, data mining and experimentation, to improve SEA, SEO and Affiliate performance and business understanding.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve profitable growth maximizing the different channels.
  • Liaise with other data, analytics, and marketing experts for best practices and opportunities.
  • Develop performance forecasts, budget allocations and providing data-based rationale for these recommendations.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Highly analytical and skilled in communication. Able to translate business questions and challenges into actionable & measurable solutions.
  • A detail-oriented, data-driven, and creative eye, combined with the ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • A strong learn-it-all and entrepreneurial mentality. Eager to learn and test new initiatives.
  • Results and performance focused.

You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in working in a fast-paced digital agency, Ecom environment or performance marketing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of paid search bid management tools and technologies e.g. Search ads 360, Marin, Kenshoo, etc. preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills and data analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn BigQuery, R, Python preferred.
  • Ability to translate quantitative results into actionable business insights Self-starter, efficient time management and strong problem solving skills.
  • Experience with analytics tool such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Insights Discover, Tableau, Looker.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Knowledge of the retail & fashion industry is a plus.
