The People Belonging & Engagement function facilitates the relationship between the Employee and the Company, with the vision that every associate feels a sense of belonging to PVH's communities, every day. We do this by focusing in on the Companies commitments in the spaces of PVH Onboarding, Region North Community, Inclusion & Diversity, and Wellbeing and across all of these is our Internal Communications.

Reporting in to the People Belonging & Engagement Manager, the Junior Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist is a newly formed role responsible for all internal communications, process of internal communication and success measures across Region North (associates in Denmark, Finland, Netherlands (Market), Norway, Republic of Ireland, Sweden, United Kingdom).

This role will support on all internal communications working with our HR team, Retail Operations team, Marketing team and Strategy team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Support with the creation of our internal brand, whilst complimenting the PVH Brand Guidelines, identifying different communication styles to suit different audience groups through multiple communications channels
  • Support with the creation of a Region North, PVH tone of voice that can be used and scaled across all internal communications both directly from the HR team and other teams within the Region
  • Implement an internal communication platform (Poppulo), removing our reliance on Outlook to communicate
  • Use Poppulo to send, track and analyse internal communications performance - making data informed decisions to support future communications
  • Own the internal communication calendar, ensuring timely communications that are sent with impact
  • Support the development of the internal communications process, including stakeholder brief, sign-off, implementation and success measures
  • Own the HR communication including (but not limited to); update on new starters, leavers and internal changes, Organisation updates etc.
  • Partner with our Compensation and Benefits team along with our external benefits provider to create a meaningful and timely Benefits communication plan
  • Lead the regional communications for our annual engagement survey, ensuring excitement, program engagement and ongoing actions by working with our global HR teams
  • Support with regular communication to build the PVH Region North community including, but not limited to; Inclusion & Diversity, Well Being and OnBoarding
  • Support with internal communication around Marketing Campaigns, New Store Openings and Strategic business updates, partnering with CoE's across the Region
  • When required, support the wider People Belonging & Engagement team with all elements of People Belonging & Engagement
