The Specialist - Global High Jewelry is responsible for the completion of daily activities that support worldwide the overall High Jewelry business with allocations, assortments, event preparation, inventory management, reporting needs to support and ensure optimum leverage of our High Jewelry stock and objectives. S/he acts as the direct liaison to all regions, retail branches and sales organizations for stock level analysis, arbitrations on requests and sales support.

Inventory Management
  • Monitor sales and assortments & caravans levels to determine replenishment needs, recommend and execute actions to ensure inventory alignment with the strategy and support sales opportunities.
  • Liaise with regional and local merchandising/client relations & high jewelry teams
  • Support sales forecasting efforts for the category by providing relevant inventory and performance input to the demand planning teams
  • Contribute to building high jewelry assortments for identified stores; provide review & update based on trends and observed performance
  • Answer and support to product requests, pieces allocations, custom design orders, returns, reallocations, stock balancing as needed
  • Allocate products available in central stock and repair center

Cross Functional Communication
  • Serve as lead contact for warehouse and distribution teams to expedite repairs, QA, and shipping processes
  • Interact with regional teams and stores on stock availability.
  • Ensure proper distribution flow; provide local teams with best practices for product transfers, quality assurance, priority management, pending transaction visibility
  • Create transfers to support all movements coordinated
  • Request and follow availability with manufacturing teams on upcoming new deliveries.
  • Communicate directly with regional teams and stores to ensure efficiency, respect of the time constraints for deliveries and transfer processes.

High Jewelry Stock Management
  • Monitor stock levels vs. targets (assortments, caravans, events…) and proactively identify and alert on shortage risks
  • Proactively recommend and execute stock rebalancing where and where necessary.
  • Provide inventory analysis and recommendations of stock transfers and assortment adjustments to better align with the sales strategy
  • Partner closely with Logistics teams at global and regional levels to ensure best execution of all the transfers, tracking and prioritization in accordance with business needs
  • Coordinate product repairs flows with the service center with the objective of minimizing the time of immobilization for our products.
  • Monitor quality issues reports and coordinate with the QA global team and service center.

Merchandising Intelligence
  • Maintain ad build sales/stock/transfers dashboards related to high jewelry.
  • Monitor as needed changes and other relevant KPI in inventory levels and locations, sales trend, transfer processes and efficiency, assortment, and Caravans levels, pending sales
  • Provide management with relevant findings and recommend actions
  • Support special projects and responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of experience related to merchandizing
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office with strong focus on Excel, Analysis
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to software applications,
  • Business Intelligence and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed
  • Customer service focus is a must
  • Both working with autonomy and proactivity as well as a strong team player mindset
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and decision-making skills
  • Ability to build strong and constructive business relationships in a global and multicultural environment
