Connected Network Business Excellence has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Junior Process Improvement Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Process Improvement Manager, you will work alongside more senior colleagues in helping to ensure operational and business excellence across all Connected Network processes, from Sales to Operations and everything in between. You have a good understanding of our base processes, and can support internal and external colleagues on improvement work. You are excited to get involved in analysing data, mapping processes and working with KPIs to identify and work on root cause problems.

  • You contribute to larger improvement projects & initiatives within the team by (proactively) defining specific requirements
  • You define problem statements for smaller scale improvement projects, and drive these to completion
  • Being an advocate of lean processes within your team and the wider excellence community.
  • You support your internal & external colleagues with process mapping, data collection & analysis, KPI management and more
  • Previous experience with Lean Six Sigma (Yellow belt or higher would be advantageous)
  • Some previous experience of running smaller scale projects
  • Basic foundation in how to gather & analyse data and process management tools
  • Good communication skills in English (you don't need to be perfect, you just need to be able to express yourself clearly & comfortably in spoken & written English)
