The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

Then join our HR team in our Düsseldorf head office as Manager Compensation and Benefits (m/f/x). In this newly created role, you will support our recruiters, HRBP's and people managers in operational HR processes, e.g. in conducting gradings and salary benchmarks. In doing so, you will work closely with our management team in Düsseldorf as well as the PVH Headquarters in Amsterdam and support with strategic and operational tasks in the Compensation & Benefits function.

A day in the life of a Manager Compensation & Benefits (m/f/x):
  • Support the strategic and conceptual development of our compensation structures and the related Compensation & Benefits processes.
  • Actively interface between our organization and the Compensation & Benefits team at our PVH headquarters in Amsterdam
  • Implement, manage and monitor the annual merit and bonus process in close cooperation with the Compensation & Benefit teams in Amsterdam and New York
  • Support in the implementation and management of projects in the area of Compensation & Benefits
  • Support in the evaluation and classification of positions
  • Supporting the harmonization of existing Compensation & Benefits programs and the further expansion of our benefits
  • Analysis, design and further development of compensation programs and processes
  • Conduct internal and external salary benchmarks to ensure a modern and competitive compensation structure
  • Working closely with the HR Business Partnering team, HR Controlling, Payroll and People Leads
  • Preparation of information, analyses and presentations for our management team
  • Collaboration on other HR projects

What do we need from you? You have:
  • A university degree in business economics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the development of compensation systems in a consultancy or a large international company
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Very good analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, high degree of accuracy and a structured way of working
  • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint and ideally SAP or workday
  • Confident appearance at management level
