The Communications team are responsible for increasing brand awareness and generating brand heat with a positive ROI.

No day is the same. The team are responsible for the development and execution of high profile collaborations, events, store openings, launches, press days, fashion shows and maintaining brand equity.

Reporting to the TH Communications & Events Manager, the Communications & Events Administrator is a key contributor and support to a fast-paced, dynamic team. Working closely alongside the Communications and Events Assistant, this role will be responsible for coordinating all sample requests and provide general assistance to the department.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating all sample requests for the UK market using Launch Metrics.
  • Ensuring that PR showroom standards are maintained throughout the season.
  • Assisting with showroom and store appointments.
  • Organising and executing all press, influencer and VIP gifting.
  • Track and save all organic and paid media coverage.
  • Liaising with the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein global teams to coordinate sample sets for press days and other key events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with UK based influencers and their agents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with fashion assistants across all media titles.
  • Event support including seasonal press days, shows and store events.
  • Identifying VIP dressing opportunities within the UK.
  • General team support and administrative duties including booking couriers and cars.

About YOU
  • Passionate about the fashion industry and the fashion media landscape
  • You'll ideally have previous experience of sample management at an agency or in-house PR team
  • Works well under pressure, highly organized with excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly
  • You'll have a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to build relationships with ease.
  • You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace.
