NEW YORK

Our New York office is located in Midtown near the iconic Bryant Park and the historic Grand Central Terminal, New York's best connected office neighborhood. The beautifully designed office has 360 views and tall windows to bring the outside in. We have a communal kitchen that brings the team together for Family Lunch and Happy Hours. The office is open plan with plenty of rooms and booths to take a private call, have time to relax and work in private or have a large collaborative meeting.

THE ROLE

Partner Success supports Boutique/Brand Partners with an operational excellence focus, addressing their needs, strategic goals, and operational targets. The Partner Success Team Lead will manage a team of Partner Success Specialists, who work with Brand/Boutique Partners on all operational/technical activities, allowing the full potential of the partnership to be achieved. The Team Lead will support the Partner Success team in their management of their partners while developing the team's skills, and ensure results to the FARFETCH business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will work with the Partner Success Team Manager on strategy for the Partner Success team and Partner Accounts
    • You will ensure the team develops a trusting relationship with partners, aligning all activities with business operations strategy, and leading to the full potential of the partnership
    • You will coordinate and motivate the team, develop team's performance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing action plans with each team member
    • You will participate in developing strategy and implementing best practices within the team
    • You will be the voice of the partner, providing internal feedback on how Farfetch can better serve its partners
    • You will keep up-to-date knowledge of requirements for global Operations Solutions, Partner Service and Customer Service
    • You will handle escalations by providing support in resolution of complaints and issues
    • You will coordinate internal projects under the team's expertise, support in prioritization and portfolio management and work with several departments or teams to ensure best service level
    • You will be a SME by understanding the impacts on the partner, related to order fulfillment, catalog management, pricing, financial reports and integrations
    • You will coordinate with the team the completion of internal tasks, with defined deadlines and represent the team in specific forums with other teams


WHO YOU ARE

    • 2+ years of experience in Team Management
    • 5+ years of experience working in the retail operations, e-commerce or retail supply chain fields
    • You have experience finding solutions and establish priorities for business partners
    • You have experience managing and supporting complex projects involving internal and external partners
    • You have experience working in growing companies with constant adaptation and change
    • You can understand our business model and the impacts on the partner side
    • You have client-facing experience, and can provide guidance on approaches with partners
    • You have efficient email communication, impactful PowerPoint presentations, and clear and succinct relay of information
