Managing a team of project managers, you will be an important member of the FPS leadership team and will oversee the execution, evolution and refinement of our programs. You will also deliver projects for business solution implementation, using project management methodology and best practices. Promote collaboration across technology, commercial and operations groups to ensure streamlined approaches and reducing redundancies across the division. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the team, which involves strategic decisions and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


    • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
    • Submit project deliverables and ensure that they follow quality standards.
    • Identify new opportunities to work with clients, partnering with other teams.
    • Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
    • Act as business advisor to clients and partners.
    • Responsible for accomplishing business strategies to improve the efficiency and efficacy of the area.
    • Build alliances and partnerships with other teams and departments.
    • Work with senior stakeholders to identify value added opportunities, and plan for short and long-term goals.
    • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
    • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance.


    • 7+ years of cumulative experience managing teams.
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business or related field.
    • Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
    • Experience with e-commerce platform, the processes that govern it and a relentlessly focus on improvement.
    • Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
    • Ensure goals are met in areas including customer/partner satisfaction, efficiency, quality, and team member performance.
    • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
    • Highly collaborative.
