A.I. is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant and Office Manager, to provide business and personal support to the founder as well as be responsible for managing the office. The role requires a hands-on individual with seamless organisational skills.

Main Responsibilities:

-  Working directly for the Director / Founder of A.I

-  Occasionally supporting logistics for Managing Director

-  Administrative duties - Calendar management, scheduling of meetings both internal and

external

-  Drafting and sending communications as directed

-  Managing appointments and reservations

-  Booking travel arrangements and creating detailed itineraries, including follow up during

executive travel to ensure coordination and support at all points

-  Processing expenses in line with company procedures

-  Helping with personal ad hoc duties, runs and miscellaneous errands as needed

-  Responsible for overseeing administrative activities and facilitating the running of the office

-  Prepare for meetings in advance, providing in meeting refreshments

-  Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for any necessary repairs

-  Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and

security standards

- Overseeing providers for services including cleaning, engineers, building maintenance
